Section 1- Contract acceptance term
The contract will be between the client and IWATechnologies. By accepting a term of services, the client(s) will be agreeing to work with us. Work approval will be accepted either by email or signed copy by the client. Our Company reserves the right to change or modify our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately as soon as changes are made.
Section 2- 12 Months Free Technical Support & Terms
IWATechnologies provides 12 months of technical support. Our customer support periods start right after final delivery of the project. 12 months free technical support comes with our monthly maintenance package. We design custom maintenance package based on the size of the project. In Technical support, We are responsible to fix bugs/ errors arise due to following reasons and will fix without any extra cost.
- Any bug or error in server-side coding.
- Any bug or error in logical functionalities done by us.
- Any bug or error in connectivity in database/ Third party software/ API integration.
Section 2.1- When Free Technical Support not valid
Client(s) will be requested to pay extra cost to fix any errors/ bugs or any kind of connectivity issue arises due to the following reasons.
- If an error occurred due to the changes in our original code by any other Company/ Professional.
- Any kind of server, API, CMS or related upgradation.
- We are not responsible for third party API changes as they reserve right to make changes/ updates any time to their API.
Section 3- Content, images and graphics
All kind of content, images, and graphics will be provided by the client(s). If the client wishes us to write fresh content, new images, and graphics, one extra invoice will be added after chosen services. We are not responsible for the copyright of any kind of content, images and graphic provided by the client(s).
Section 4- Third party services
Any kind of third-party services like website domain, hosting, security services, APIs and payment gateway etc charges will be payable by the client(s).
Section 5- Payment terms
- Payment will be received into two milestones otherwise as agreed with IWATechnologies and client(s).
- We request 50% of payment right before we initiate the work process and rest 50% payment will be due after all development done and tested by the client.
- All testing will be done on our demo server. We require final due payment(s) before we publish website live.
Section 6- Deadline
IWATechnologies is bound to provide best services within timeline/deadline period. We always make sure we have proper communication with our client(s) so we don't have to face any kind of deadline issue. Client(s) will be responsible for the delay in deadline if fail to provide timely feedback/ requested information/ data etc which is necessary to meet the deadline. We will wait for the client(s) response for 20 days. After 20 days, all services terms will be terminated with no refund. However, valid reason in delay will be honorably accepted.
Section 7- General important conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express wrote permission by us.
We reserve full right to non-technically use all of our work to show other clients (s) and use in our portfolio. Showing our work as showcase doesn't include sharing personal information, database information or any kind of coding. However, this term can be terminated by agreeing on mutual agreement of both parties. IWATechnologies will retain the copyright on material created by us/ our team like, website design/ layouts, Logos, Banners, Graphics and Source code of a website. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms
Section 8 - Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of information
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Section 9 - Modifications to the services and prices
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

IWATechnologies provide various web and mobile app services. Client(s) will be responsible to pay for selected services. All extra services like website maintenance and updations will be billed extra.
Section 11 - Accuracy of billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

You can terminate the project any time at an initial stage of the project. Please note, there is no refund for projects which are terminated by you after the initial stage. You will receive a percentage of refund at initial stage depending upon task done.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
